Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Kusadasi

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful and cheerful, especially Rafet from Guest Relations, Ceren from front desk, Ceylin from f&b and Gülcan from animation team, to whom we extend our heartfelt thanks. The food was satisfactory. The hotel is compact, yet the rooms are spacious and clean. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of nice wine and fruit left in our room, which seems to be a standard welcome from the hotel. Good place to spend nice time with your family and do not care about something. We toot all-inclusive. Quality of food was excellent – everything was delicious and different from dinner to dinner. Staff was perfect from all perspectives – very friendly and professional.

Breakfast was very different to what we are used to but we were happy with the fruits, yogurt, cereal and bread selection, as well as the tea/coffee. There was a great selection of food for both lunch and dinner and we really enjoyed that. The staff are very friendly and that made our stay very enjoyable. They are also very professional, competent and efficient in their work. The staff in the Aura centre are also very friendly and professional. We were very impressed with the manner in which the staff ensured everywhere, both inside and outside the building, is kept so clean. Staff were around the pool very often to take away any rubbish and to clean tables etc. This was the best kept and cleanest hotel we have stayed in.

Stuff were really kind and responsible, food was great and high quality, cleanness was perfect, bar and pool were great too
